Bio

I’m Laura—a Toronto-based designer and art director with a Bachelor of Design from OCAD University. You might’ve heard of me as the motion designer behind Stutter.ca—the award-winning campaign for the Canadian Stuttering Association. My 8 years of experience as a kinetic creator spans across motion and design projects for notable clients like RBC, Canada Post, Toyota, Home Hardware, Coca-Cola, and more.

I’m that weird goth girl in the back who will scold you for leaving the cinema while a title sequence is still playing. I also like to design things off-screen, making my own soap, candles, and whatever else when I’m feeling the itch. I will turn every trip into a feature length film. I live for thrill, adventure, and capturing the uncanny, in both my work and my passion for the outdoors. It’s apparently how I got 15 minutes in Hollywood as a poster designer for the Walking Dead.
