
Designing Dead with AMC
In November 2022, I submitted a poster concept to AMC promoting the final season of the Walking Dead, for their #DesigningDead campaign sponsored by Canva. My poster was selected to be featured at their onsite exhibit at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles during the Hollywood premiere of the final ever episode. Myself and the four other designers were flown out for the celebration. We walked the red carpet, were interviewed about our design process, and sat in the live audience for Talking Dead, as our posters were broadcast to the world. 🧟♀️


Canva sponsored the final season of the Walking Dead, and to promote their product and the show, hosted a library of Walking Dead themed design assets.
My poster concept emphasizes the character development of the two remaining characters whose journeys have spanned all 11 seasons, leveraging tactile grunge and experimental printing aesthetics. The headline is a direct quote from the show.
I placed my designs behind a skin from the asset collection that includes the official logo ,and the grey vignette texture in the outer corners.
